Our conviction
Leaders are formed, not just trained.
Most leadership development moves information. Formation moves people. It is slower, it asks more of the mentor than the curriculum, and it is the only thing that holds when the pressure comes.
So we do not sell you a program to run. We help you build a pathway your church owns, sustains, and passes on after you.
How churches begin
Nine months, with people who are doing it too.
Two leaders from your church, nine months, three live gatherings and monthly coaching with pastors carrying the same weight.
You adapt the five stages to your context, your language, your people. We are in the room while you do it.
Your mentors lead it. Your leaders move through it. The pathway keeps working when the cohort ends.
Where we are right now
We are building this, and we are looking for founding churches.
Two of the five stages are written and in use. The rest are in development. We are in beta, working with a small number of churches who are willing to build alongside us and tell us the truth about what is not working yet. If you want a finished product with a track record, we are not that. If you want to shape it, this is the moment.
