The Thriving Leader Pathway
Five stages, each one mentored.
A leader moves from learning to lead themselves all the way to leading a church. Every stage is built around a mentor across a table, not a user profile behind a login screen.
Identity, calling, and the interior life. Before anyone leads others well, they have to be grounded in who they are and whose they are. This is the soil everything else grows in.
Character and skill in the work of leading people. Feedback, conflict, delegation, and the habits that keep a leader honest when no one is watching.
Becoming the mentor rather than only the manager. Developing people who develop people, and learning to hand real things away.
Carrying a ministry with maturity and endurance. Vision, teams, seasons of fruitfulness, and the discipline to lead without burning through people.
Pastoral residency. Raising the next generation of leaders and sending them, so the pathway outlives the person who started it.
Inside a chapter
The same rhythm, every time.
Each chapter names one Formation Focus and moves through seven steps. The last one happens off the screen, across a table.
Opens the chapter and names the Formation Focus.
A short curated video, ten minutes at most.
The core formation reading. The heart of the chapter.
Three or four questions to sit with honestly.
One concrete assignment, done in real life.
Optional resources for those who want further.
The conversation that makes the rest of it stick. Guided, but held outside the platform — between a mentor and a leader who know each other.
